Revlon Colorstay Moisture Stain

You have probably heard a lot about the Revlon colorstay moisture stains, the hype has been massive in the blogger community so when I saw this in boots, I thought I'd give it ago.. And to be honest I've been in two minds, because when you first apply it, the formula is awful, patchy and  really runny it just doesnt look good!

Although to be fair my first impression, was while applying it while in my boyfriends car on one of the hottest days of the year so far, but even saying that I just didn't fall in love with it like I did with the matte and laquer balms from Revlon.

But let's stop all this negativity now, and I tell you some positives, when after about 30 minutes of wearing it, it kind of set in to a lovely even colour, which by the way the one I have is cannes crush a beautiful coral red, and the stain it left behind was lovely and even survived me eating Pizza Hut and many glasses of Pepsi max.

So overall I'd say put this on about 30 minutes before your gonna leave the house and you won't be disappointed with results.

Have you tried any other colours?

Ultimate blends - The silky smoother

Hi Everyone,
This was meant to be up last week, but i forgot to schedule the post :/ Not my brightest move ill admit anyway lets get on with the review...

You like me have probably seen loads of reviews of the Ultimate Blends, and after the major advertisement Garnier put for them i'm not surprised so many people jumped on the old bandwagon, including myself.
The first one i'm going to review is The silky smoother version, which i'm sorry but i hate! I cant give this stuff away the smell is awful, it makes my hair lank and greasy and i have the ideal hair for this shampoo and conditioner and i cant get it to work for me. The smell is the most off putting thing about it to be honest, to me it smells like the yellow antibiotics you used to get a child.. You know the ones i mean?
If you like that smell then by all means pick it up.. But for me its total turn off and the smell hangs around aswell..
Overall its not for me, But what do you think?
Let me know in the comments, and don't forget to follow on all the usual social media which can be found the buttons above..

Till next time...

June Beauty Favourites

This month I've found myself being very lazy with products I've been using..

Especially with Vaseline spray and go its just so convenient, you literally just spray and go and the aloe vera scent is so refreshing.

The wipes I've been loving are the yes to grapefruit correct and repair wipes. There so refreshing and leaving your skin feeling so clean, although your not meant to use wipes everyday, these are perfect for a quick skin pick up.

The scent of the month has been the body shops peach vineyard body mist, this smells so scrummy, you want to eat it, i have the body butter and shower gel aswell, if you would like a full product review let me know... but if you get a chance go in to the body shop and just smell the peach range, i promise you wont be disappointed.

The hair product of the month had to be the Charles Worthington moisture seal leave in conditioner, this has been a god send in the last month, especially with the hot weather we have been having, which makes my thick hair incredibly dry, i would recommend everything fro the moisture seal range but the leave in conditioner is wonderful.

This month i've been using makeup that is multi purpose as i've been stay in out quite alot and i hate carrying loads around with me, my stand out products have been Bourjois CC Cream in 32 which is a shade too dark for me normally but with a tan its perfect. Maybelline Dream sun which is a bronzer and blush in one and perfect for travel.. Urban Decay's Naked Basics is my all time favourite make up product its just so versatile  i use it for my eyebrows, as an eyeliner, and of cause eyeshadow. My favourite mascara of the month is One By One by Maybelline, i recommend all of the Maybelline mascara, but this one is just working so well for me at the moment. My favourite lip products this month have come from Revlon, firstly the Matte Balm in Elusive which is the most beautiful pink which is perfect for day to night and the Balm Stain in Romantic i only got this the end of the month but i haven't taken it off since, this is especially a favourite of my boyfriends who loves the colour on me and the fact it doesn't transfer makes it perfect for night out..

Lastly the nail colour of the summer i'm sure is Rimmels Fancy a dip.. this is fast becoming this years Essie Mint Candy Apple, whenever i wear it i receive lots of compliments.
